“In My Mailbox” is a weekly post hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren about what new books we got in the mail (or library or whatever) this week.
Oh, this week. Let’s discuss what happened this week.
Well, first of all, my bookish friends Tara, Jen and Jamie visited and we made ridiculous videos during a sleepover. I’m not saying there was wine involved, but…
And we all went to Anderson’s in Naperville and saw Tahereh Mafi, Anna Carey, Cynthia Hand and Veronica Rossi.
Me, Cynthia Hand, Jamie, Tara, Tahereh Mafi and Jen
Anna Carey, Jen, Jamie, Tara, Veronica Rossi and Me
And a bunch of our crazy blogger friends.
Then we went to the RT Teen Day convention, where all this nonsense went down…
Me, Richelle Mead and Jen (PS: Richelle signed my copy of Vampire Academy with a stick figure drawing hahaha)
Jamie, Tara, Jeri Smith-Ready, Jen, Me
Me, Tara, Margaret Stohl, Stephanie Perkins, Jamie and Jen
Veronica Roth and Me
Me and Kiera Cass
Me and Ally Carter
Oh man, so many other authors I didn’t get pictures with too. Sarah Rees Brennan and Rachel Caine signed book plates and bookmarks for me…Kimberly Derting gave out nail polish. It was amaze.

Only one book this week, but I’m super cool with that because I’m sort of drowning in books to read right now. It’s a good problem!
The Summer My Life Began by Shannon Greenland (Thank you JKS Communications & NetGalley!)
It’s been a beautiful week…a little bit of this:
A little bit of that:
Yeah, it’s been 80+ degrees in Chicago this week, which is quite alarming, considering it’s usually still snowing here in March. But, it was timed well for a St. Patrick’s Day spent outside!
I’m reading the Poison Study series by Maria V. Snyder right now. SO LOVING IT. Almost done, hoping to finish today. Happy reading and happy weekend!
This Week on the Blog:
Review: The Fault in Our Star by John Green
My Top 10 Books for Real Chicks
