Cassia faces the ultimate choices in the long-anticipated conclusion to the “New York Times” bestselling Matched Trilogy.
After leaving Society and desperately searching for the Rising–and each other–Cassia and Ky have found what they were looking for, but at the cost of losing each other yet again: Cassia has been assigned to work for the Rising from within Society, while Ky has been stationed outside its borders. But nothing is as predicted, and all too soon the veil lifts and things shift once again.
In this gripping conclusion to the #1 “New York Times” bestselling Matched Trilogy, Cassia will reconcile the difficulties of challenging a life too confining, seeking a freedom she never dreamed possible, and honoring a love she cannot live without.

Ahh, Cassie, Ky and Xander…parting is such sweet sorrow! There’s something so sad to me about the end of a trilogy. Don’t get me wrong, it was EXCITING BEYOND BELIEF to get my hands on this book. But, oh, I get a little sorrowful at the end. Because it’s the end! Sigh.
Fans of the first two books of this series will be happy with Reached — loose ends are tied up, surprises are in store, people die (c’mon, people HAD to die) and Ally Condie does a beautiful job of taking care of the characters we came to love in Matched and Crossed. Sure, it’s Team Ky or Team Xander and only one can win (I’m Team Ky for reals!), but the love triangle is resolved in a very satisfying way that I think both sides will respect.
I will warn you that I didn’t do very well with a complicated plot point that was heavy on genetics and biology. Um, I’m a smart cookie (or so my mother tells me), but I couldn’t always follow. I hope you all fare better than me on that respect. Don’t get me wrong, though — it was a roadblock, not a huge challenge.
I’m very satisfied with the ending of Reached and can’t wait to hear what you all think!
